Cancellation Policy
  • We ask for payment in full on your booking to secure your let. If a booking is made more than 6 months in advance of arrival we ask for 50% with the remainder due 6 months before arrival.
  • If you need to cancel, your payments made will be returned in full provided we have 30+ days notice prior to the check-in date.
  • Cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in will be 50% refunded.
  • There will be no refund for cancellations less than 14 days prior to the booked check-in date.
  • We advise guests to take the appropriate travel insurance and to check that it covers cancellation costs in the event you have to cancel at short notice.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a booking, with full rufund, should for any reason the apartment become unavailable due to events beyond our control.
Check In/Out Times 
  • We ask guests to check-in on their first day after 4pm. If you are able to give us an estimated time of arrival, that would be very helpful. If you are going to be arriving later than 9pm please let us know.
  • To give us time to prepare for the next guest, please check-out by 10am. 


  • Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
    • We are sorry, but no pets are allowed.


      • Please note that the paths are graveled and there are a number of steps leading into the apartment which would make access for those in a wheelchair difficult.

        Inside The Apartment

        • The apartment is for a maximum of two people, sharing a double bed.
        • The apartment occupies half of the lower ground floor of a Georgian house, which is lived in by the owners (that's us!). 
        • The apartment has its own private entrance.
        • It is open-plan, with an en-suite bathroom, with separate shower.
        • The kitchen area is equipped to provide guests with the basics for preparing & serving simple hot and cold meals.
        • There is a combination microwave/oven/grill and a single electric induction hob, toaster, kettle, sink, & fridge with freezer compartment.
        • The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pans, dishes, crockery, cutlery & glassware.
        • We provide dishcloths, washing up liquid, kitchen roll & tea-towels, & toilet paper.
        • Duvet, pillows and quality cotton bed-linen & towels are provided.
        • Guests are asked to bring their own shampoo & other personal toiletries.
        • An iron, ironing board & drying rack are provided. 
        • There is a colour flat screen TV, with DVD player.
        • We provide free broadband wi-fi (wireless) connection.
        • Heating & hot water can be programmed by the owners to suit your requirements.
            • Guests are welcome to share the garden with the owners, who live in the main part of the building.
            • The garden is well planted and lovely to sit in. Please note, it is a small garden, and not suitable for barbecues or sports.
              • There is space for one guest car to be parked within the garden, which is securely gated.
                • Guests need to bring their own food, or buy it on arrival. If you are arriving late, please let us know if you would like us to procure some basics for your first night.
                • We have a range of herbs growing in the garden, which you are welcome to use (subject to season/availability).
                • There is a Morrisons supermarket around the corner, plus a butcher, baker, greengrocer, and fabulous health food store just minutes away in the High Street. Morrisons current opening times are 8am-8pm Mon-Sat, and 10am-4pm Sun.
                • There is now a 24 hour TESCO open on the Ring Road. Closes Sunday afternoon.
                • Glastonbury has a Tuesday market with fresh local produce, and a Farmers Market on the 4th Saturday of each month.
                • You can stroll to a range of restaurants, coffee shops and pubs serving a variety of foods and there are some special restaurants and pubs we can recommend within a short driving distance.

                  Privacy Policy

                  • We will not give or sell any of your personal details, including email, home addresses or telephone numbers, to third parties. We only use our Paypal business account or approved virtual terminal to process credit and debit card transactions securely online. We do this by either:

                  a) sending you an email invoice, with a link to Paypal for you to pay independently online, or

                  b) take your credit card details over the phone and use our business virtual terminal to process the payment. We do not store, hold or keep a record of your financial details after processing a transaction.

                  • We ask that you complete address and telephone details correctly so that we can process payments smoothly and so we are able to contact you about your booking.
                  • We may occasionally contact you by email or post to let you know about future offers or other products relating to Greenhill House Studio. 
                  • Our data collection and storage is governed by the rules of the UK Data Protection Act.


                  • We reserve the right to update our pricing and advertise special offers at our discretion. Any bookings already confirmed will not be affected.
